HOW TO COMMISSION
A PORTRAIT OF YOUR PET
The bulk of my work comes from commissioned portraits of dogs and cats, but I can paint all other animals as well. I can easily work from photographs, but prefer, if possible, to meet your pet and interact with him/her for a short time in order to get a true sense of their personality. Unless otherwise specified, paintings are 11" X 14", unframed, and are executed with acrylics on artboard. Cost for a portrait in this size and medium is $325.00 (please add $75.00 for each additional pet included in the painting). In addition to your pet's portrait, my unique "package deal" also includes a set of 8 greeting cards (blank inside) featuring the painting of your pet on the front and the "Three lessons you've learned from your pet" featured on the back of the card. These cards are produced from high resolution scans of the original painting, and the colors and detail are extremely fine. I will also create a web page with your pet's painting, story, photo, and three lessons, which will be added to the Gallery on my web site. Your first set of eight cards is included in the cost of the painting. (If you wish to order additional sets of cards, the cost is $24.00 per set of 8.)
